Loan Documents

  • Refinancing and Mortgage Documents: $75–$200 per signing, depending on complexity, volume, and travel.
  • Trusts and Living Trusts: $10–$25 per notarization, plus travel fees if applicable.
  • Power of Attorney (POA): $10–$25 per notarization, plus travel fees if mobile.
  • Titles and Bill of Sale: $5–$15 per notarization.
  • Marriage License: $10–$25 per notarization. (If officiating the wedding, charge $100–$500 depending on the ceremony.)
  • Last Will and Testament: $10–$25 per notarization.
